Meditation Mantra - How Things Move from the Spirit World To the Physical World - Beware Your Thoughts

In response to a listener question,

How things come to be... and exist on the material plane... aka... how to create your reality.

God creates.
1 John explains that:
"In the beginning, the WORD was and ... the word WAS GOD."

So...
as an ancient Chinese Proverb Says,
"Beware your thoughts as they become your Words. Beware your words as they become your deeds. Beware your deeds as they become your habits. Beware your habits as they seal your fate."

The moment a spiritual concept passes from the spiritual world to the physical world is when the thought becomes WORDs. Emanuel of Nazareth explained, "It is not what enters into a man that defiles him, but what proceeds out of his Mouth from his heart."

So... meditate while you are walking and waking. Be aware of the words you speak. This is the gateway and portal heaven to earth. So let only beautiful things pass through. Namaste, Shalommmm, Smachalght.

The podcast series “how to identifiy the shackles” does a great job explaining how the four walls can hold you back and lead to prejudice, etc. Although I can relate, I still feel shackled by the four walls. It seems to me that the tendency toward “shoulds” and “to be” verbs has deep-rooted biological roots. And the problem seems exacerbated, but not caused by, limitations of the English language. My question is, how can we selectivly unlearn Darwinian left-brain functions of simplifying the vast information in the universe (I said ‘selectively unlearn’ because the “to be” functions may be obsolete, but simplification is still needed in the modern age)? If the left brain prefers organization and familiarity (as opposed to the integrative right brain), then is the left hemisphere by its biological definition is a shackle? And if so, is enlightenment more elusive for people with left-brain dominance (Myers-Briggs ‘sensing’ types, to shamelessly categorize!)? For example, if my intuitive right brain recognizes the truth that someone upsets me for some reason, my left brain suppresses that truth by sensing an alternate truth: what they did that is not worth fussing over and I can see why probably they did it. My right brain then recognizes another truth: I feel weak because I didn’t stand up for myself. My left brain then starts thinking why I didn’t stick up for myself and, over a few milliseconds, I have a case of analysis-paralysis! I think you touched on this subject with Dr. Goldstein (talking about how thoughts come before emotions) but I would love to hear more on the topic.
